Totally agree on this, too many stories will for ever stay in the shadows because it was illegal when many things were set in motion so many people don't want to reveal where their money really comes from. I still live in a country where it's 100% illegal to smoke or grow cannabis, even the flowers sold in CBD shops are supposed to be made into drinks to consume, what a joke. I've grown most of my adult life and never told to anyone except my family the real size of my grows, here I give some infos and share some pics but never the full picture.

Shit, man. I live in a legal state, and I still don't like posting pics. You never know who's who, or when someone will get a hair up their ass about something. Don't know who has deep computer skills, and can dox you, or get you swatted, or any other number of fuckeries that happen. I still carry a hefty dose of that old paranoia around day to day, and it'll probably never fully go away. And I'm nobody, really. I've never done mass scale grows, or moved REAL weight like a lot of people here have. My little 10# harvests back then were nothing compared to the real soldiers, so I can only imagine the paranoia those dudes still live with. I'm friends with more than a couple of those guys, but still can't fully relate.

But I recognize it, acknowledge it, and respect it. Perspective matters.

11-12 weeks on the Sour with the lemon leads.

Purple Sour was Sour Diesel x either Bubba kush or Purple Kush, not the Cali Connection one. I believe he tried to recreate it. Got it through the same fam as the Sour.

Yeah Ive grown before it was legal as well. Like I said I HAVE PICTURES lmao. I did start again after it became legal, and secondly I was still young , didnt have my own place etc. I said it would be my THIRD time growing in that post u poser. Where is the competition you're talking about?
To the people who have been to this type of events can you tell the differences between the same cut grown by 2 different growers?

Lots of confusion up in here.
There is definitely a lemon candy/grapefruit note to the Sour Diesel terp. It is most likely a 70/30 or even 80/20 split. Easily smelled when fresh heads are squashed.
At 77 days it’s perfect.
At 84 days, heads have gone amber and the lemon and grapefruit notes have faded some and the uppity high ain’t real clean but rather cloudy and I dare say even generic in its potential
Riri cut has a lavender terp going on but the buzz is all sour. The Rir reminds me of NYCDIESEL by Soma and it makes sense. Rez initially crossed the Chacos ECSD onto Somas NYCD and 1 in 10 were NYCD dominant and purpled near senescence in the SDIBL offering

When I was growing Haedbanger to it smelled like lemon,skunky and a touch of gasoline but at least 2 persons told me it smelled like grapefruit to them, we don't all describe the same smells the same way, it is very personal feelings so it's hard to agree on one description for the same flowers. That's why we should not discredit what one person say about his clone because he does not describe it as you do, it still can be the same cut, just 2 different perceptions.
