the preview thumbnail is there, but when I click to see full image it says unavailable? Any help? these pics are very important to me. Thanks

I see what you are talking about friend. You have some killer photos that's for sure. Maybe someone will show up and fix it for you.
can you try switching on desktop mode browsing from your mobile browser and check same pic again? or just send me a link to one of the pics not working.
Still not working after switching to desktop mode. Same error message.

I am also having the same issue. Have tried switching to desktop option on mobile and still not working...
Are my pictures lost forever? This is the only place I have them and don't want to loose them.
Are they still accessible to other people to view?
anyone can do it,
get a laptop or a pc, open your album, click on the picture it will load but you cant save it directly---
right click on the picture and select COPY PICTURE option,
open photoshop or paint application ctrl + v ( insert )
save as png
have fun

not actually mobile issue, the source file has problem,it was saved/compressed by the previous server engine.
Yes I have the same issue with my computer, I can't open the pics of my album, most are not very good resolution and the other are saved elsewhere so no big deal but I was wandering what caused the issue.
try the method i wrote above with waterfox browser
As I said it's no big deal but I'll try one day with this browser.
