Why cant i read , post or even seen the strains and Hybrid section, breeding section ?

The strains and Hybrid and breeding section have been removed from my page, why ?
I not been warned , banned or anything but been removed for a week or so , still not showing, why is that ?
Never seen anything like that done to a member on the 20 years I been here , what's the reason ?
