doctors getting replaced by AI

saw in local paper three days ago that a local hospital was welcoming new doctors they had hired. one from Malaysia, the other from India. both had graduated from universities in their own countries, and then did residencies & specialized training in London England. i've had doctors (locals) tell me things that i knew were bullshit. maybe foreign educated or robotic/AI are the way to go. i'm getting tired of waiting two months for an appointment, sit in waiting room for an hour, then wait in exam room for thirty minutes, to spend ten minutes with a doctor that isn't listening to what i'm saying... WTF?

Yeah, I seen some kind of machine that could 3D print houses a few years ago, not sure where it's actually going haven't seen much about it in years. They also had a machine that could lay bricks, but still needs humans to load bricks into it, until they make a machine for that. Lol, that was also a few years ago not much talk about that since either.

They're definitely trying to replace everyone, but we got at least 10 years before they can even replace half of the trades, 20 years most will probably be out of work. Now factories and tech will be the first to go, really even seen talk of doctors getting replaced by AI, which yeah it probably gets perfect scores on all the tests.

Yeah, AI doctors would probably be better than most doctors. You don't have to get 100% on all the tests to become a doctor, AI can and they don't require high pay. It can probably do most of the work from a smartphone without waiting for an appointment, unless you need surgery or a cat scan, etc.. We'll still need some of the top doctors for a while, but it's definitely going to lower the cost maybe even allow free government healthcare without paying too much extra in taxes.

It's definitely a good thing, really cheaper homes and all would be nice. Problem is we're going to need universal basic income or something if it really takes over, would be cool, I'd rather smoke weed and go fishing than work 50 hours a week. Free healthcare would be nice too.

It's definitely a good thing, really cheaper homes and all would be nice. Problem is we're going to need universal basic income or something if it really takes over, would be cool, I'd rather smoke weed and go fishing than work 50 hours a week. Free healthcare would be nice too.
