considering that jah hoover doesn't have the needed permissions to create a group, I could create one

still, first we need to find out what exactly is happening? are we talking a cup, or just a unofficial cup/smoke out? if icmag isn't organizing anything officially then we'll need to know asap so we can do our own organizing for a place to hang etc.

no decision has been made about a cup this year, but I will discuss it with Gypsy and let people know ASAP
I know a few places we can use for smoke outs that have smoker friendly owners
I can't do a lot till the new year as contacting people will be difficult till then
once I get things sorted out people can contact me with suggestions / locations etc and we can go from there

Icmag do not have to organise anything for us guys, as most of us guys from icmag are always in Dam on 420 with our own weed toking away regardless of any 420 cup

I am so excited, cant wait for 4/20......im gonna post up a few ideas tonight for things to do, keen to know when people are planning to be there.

i was thinking of arriving on the 17th and leaving 21st.

basically we need a safe place to hang and chill
some food and drinks available to buy nearby
some sounds in the background
seating with space for everyone to be comfortable
maybe a hour or 2 of boat tours could be organized
in the mornings early after noon we could do a haze hunt coffee shop crawl
that 420 protest sounds like another great idea, just leave most your bud in your digs.

I like the idea of a Hashstravaganza where we collect up all the best hash in town then find a spot that has some quality smoking equipment and get into the hash (locally purchased and our own) and concentrates in a big way, anyone that knows me knows im a hash monster so would be great to spend some time enjoying them together. I hope to have 5 or 10 different types of bubble, dry sift, bho, wax etc.
Gaius all your suggestions are great, at this rate it will be the best cup ever.

for drinks and snacks we could save quite some cash by getting it at the supermarket in advance. a fridge and coffee machine on site would help too.
