Thanks for weighing in with ya'lls opinions.
It's always good to hear info from people certainly more knowledgeable than myself.
Temps are pretty steady, they usually stay in the low 60's with lights off and occasionally dip down to the high 50's when it's really cold out. Highs are in the low to mid 70's. I try to keep the bulb as close as I can by doing the "back of the hand test". Some of the flowers are starting to fall over themselves closer to the light now so I've had to start staking them up. Another lesson learned, put up the trellis netting when stretch is almost done and keep the shoots under the trellis more. They have grown out too much and aren't getting nearly the right amount of support.
This is again why I don't monocrop. I would rather have 4 or so flavors that I know well enough then just one. So if stuff like this happens it's not the end of the world. I pulled the alaskan ice and it's going to get the same treatment as the grapefruit. Not the end of the world, I threw a triple diesel in where the AI was and the world keeps on turning. Triple diesel I've ran before so I know what to expect and I know it won't just arbitrarily spit nanners. I guess that these two strains are the more finicky end of the spectrum and I won't run these particular cuts again. Just one great big slowly evolving research project. Still have my fingers crossed that the ones I've ran before don't do something similar - Big Bud Blueberry, Headband, and now triple diesel.
*Edit* Forgot to mention, just ordered another bulb and light socket to use with my other ballast! Shits gonna be rockin'
