The main way a clone differs from a seedplant is the root system. A seedplant has a solid taproot while a clone has multiple smaller roots. I'm not gonna say seedplants yield heavier than clones - My experience so far seems to be that clones yield just as well as seed plants and are also faster finishers given a little veg time. Also seedplants in my experience need bigger pots for the same plant size - they seem to get rootbound much faster than clones.

I believe the biggest reason for doing clones is that you can select only the quality phenos.

I personally prefer vegging as little as possible under hps. My current strain - sweet tooth #3 - needs some veg though as she doesn't do well in soil directly from rooted clone because she doesn't have enough stretch. How do you think your large veg times have turned out? Do you get a lot of popcorn buds in that dense canopy? I'm just thinking if you used some of all of that wattage you're using on vegging for flowering instead you might be able to pull more weight but then again I might be mistaken - you're clearly more experienced than I am.

You say your running in a warehouse,would you be so kind as to share how many amp service,3 phase or 1 phase,how often do you get a fire inspection and how many kw are you running?

if you lolipop yur stiks you'll cut yur triming "work" more than half and you wont lose any final weight if you "shave them from their "crowns" down ... but you'll have to set up a bird net over each canopy to support the sheer weight of each flower

I respect a gardner wich can demonstrate that amount of love ... what I've noticed the lack of problems you ran into, with the usual plait of gardners, like nutrient, bug, spores of many kinds, and so forth ... humidity level could be better controled but it's all good other wise, wich I congratulate you for ...
