I like when people bring up old threads about this site (and OG). I get the feeling that ICmag is OG, the sequel.

A lot of the Chronicles are on the net from a third party perspective, but the one paragraph from Gypsy all those years ago speaks volumes.

POM come across as an uncool weasel that was hell bent on destroying himself. He was threatening to rat out the world if he didn't get the business? I wonder how the business would have prospered under those circumstances, had he won. I doubt like hell it would be anything like it is now, because nobody likes a rat. Many of us know all the legal names of the principles of the site because of that POS.

Man reading this thread reminds me that I can't remember shit. I remember being a member at OG and CW and here but I can't remember what came first the chicken or the egg. I was Rudedude in the old days but I had to change it when I came back after I got busted for a closet grow of Chem D. Beware the stank!!! Nothing came of the bust except I lost all my gear and moms and had to stop growing for a year. I can't bitch about it much, it didn't cost me a dime and no drug testing so it could have been much worse.

Anyhoo I'm not sure how long that I've been a member here but I gotta say thanks to the members here and on other sites who have created an online community for people who love what we love. Growing life could get a bit lonely back in the day at least as far as people who you could talk to about growing unless you wanted to risk getting popped. It's great to be able to share information with each other and just to sign online and see familiar "faces" that you can discuss different things with or just say high. Pretty cool shit.
