You gotta give more info and show a pic of more than the bottom leaves- bottom leaves almost ALWAYS end up getting scruffy at some point. Could be thrip damage, or caused by something else- whatever it is, cut the rims of those cups down almost flush with the soil surface for better air flow.

temps are between 75 and 85
previously it was under a florecent about 80W

from the pics it just looks like the 1 leaf yeh, would worry to much about that it could well be splash water, thay look good me (just keep a eye on it), some bigger pot would be nice for them to

Seriously just cut the cup. And make sure you have LARGE drain holes (I melt them into the bottom edges with a torch lighter) What did it cost, like $.03? Or you can pick up a replacement cup on the lawn of a frat house so you don't lose that one.
