Who are some good female reggae artists?

My girls is an awesome singer....i mean really really awesome.

we were trying to find some good female reggae artists, because she wants to sing some reggae stuff.

we came across only a couple (Tanya Stephens and Queen Ifrica)...both really good....im sure there are more out there tho.

do you guys know of some other names we can check out?

Check out Queen Omega, Dezarie outta the VI, Marcia Griffiths, Phyllis Dillon, Judy Mowatt, Etana, Cherine Anderson....check them out and u should find some good stuff. Etana has a nice album called "the strong one" Cant go wrong with any of them really. Take care!

I really love Dezarie... I know you like Midnite... He produces alot of Her work... and Dezarie uses His band... Check for 'Gracious Mama Africa' and 'Travelers'...

Theres also Alaine... Tessane Chin... and Tanya Stephens

I had to give respect to Estelle for that 'come over' track she did with Sean paul...
