Ok I looked into the rep things and this is what I have gotten from it

The more rep the person has that gives it to you, the more you get

The rep meter slows down as you move into the brighter green reps

You can give out 8 reps in 24 hours

YOu have to hit at least 12 diff people before you get to rep them again


I may be wrong on some of it, but I think I am close

Well, I am out of rep. I just can't perform like I did when I was young. After you get about 7 rep bars, it takes 200 points to reach the next level.
