You need like a James Bond villan lair....with sharks that have lasers strapped to their dorsal fins......currently I'm in the process of building a monorail system that is 5 miles underground near my house....first you go through the biometric scanner, we take a DNA sample....take an elevator down 5 miles.....disable the laser grid and poison gas...unlock the blast doors and you can easily make your way down to our hermetically sealed grow laboratory. The monorail goes all the way from the Tri-State area to the Rocky Mountains.....it's really been the limiting factor so far.

Actually, south america might be a good place. In the tropical regions you can supposedly get 3 crops out a year due to fairly constant 12/12 light-cycles yearround, and if you believe wikipedia, cannabis is unrestricted in peru. Just get some fluoros for your moms and dads, and find some nice secluded fields somewhere.

California if you keep it low key, and try to keep your plant count within medical specs. Soma had his balcony raided in the dam, so you aren't really safe anywhere. Stick with places that protect personal freedom.

It doesnt really matter where its most legal for you to sell seeds if its illegal to sell them from the country you are from. Its not like you can put marijuana seed seller on your tax forms every year. Seed selling is kids play compared to tax evasion.

great point right here Verite. if you are an American citizen, you still pay taxes even if you live elsewhere. its bullshit i know but true. its why many that live in other countries are trying to renounce (not sure of the official word) their citizenship to escape this madness. Tax evasion would not be good.

if I were to start a seed company (something I dream about when I retire in about 15 years...hopefully I am financially independent by then)......I would start it probably in Spain.....buy me a house in some nice place....with a large piece of land with only a few neighbors...and a large cellar

then get down to business....the first strain I'd put out for the begginning grower would be (the pure x black widow) and would call it just that *the pure black widow*....lmfao

would sell it 15 seeds for about 15 eur in the beggining to make some kind of name for myself..

would write what each strain was made off exactly....not like *many assholes* out there...making up strains as if they are the ones who went and found the seeds in some country.....don't misread I said *many* not *all*...because there are some folks that sell landrace genetics...like mandala seeds

eventhough they closed up shop and are saying they will reopen in beginning of 2009...if they do their customers will benefit.....if not their customers will be really upset

i put my bet that they will not reopen....not because I don't want them to....but because this is just not serious business ppl...imo...at least

Selling the seeds is no problem in a lot of country's. I think spain and cali are proberly the 2 best places at the mopment to breed indoor.

Holland is still good for it as the punishment when cought is still low.(dont look to profi tho)
