I haven't got a whole lot of real world experience with cloning. So i guess if it can take up to 2 weeks for a clone to take root then I'll pull clones apprx. 4 weeks before the flowering plants are ready for harvest. The clones will be under a 1000w MH.

So how about this Pull clones and put in ezclone for 2 wks>veg for 2 wks>in to the flowering rooms.

Is that enough time to take advantage of the buckets or am I still not going to be using the buckets even close to their potential?

The clones should only be under a couple 26 watt cfl's while they are rooting and for a couple days thereafter. Typically, a clone will root then idle for a day or two then start to grow. They can't take a whole lot of light during this time, it will kill them. You can see when they start to grow and that is when you can put them under the MH. But make sure your lamp is pretty far above the new clones. Again, watch the plants and they'll tell you when they are ready for more light.

I grow in coco, not DWC, so I can't really help you with the size of the plants. Your best bet is to check out some DWC grow logs and see what others have done successfully.

The sprinkler valves are CORRECT, they run off a 12DC plug in. Smell the roses. Life is only as complicated as WE make it. If the TIMERS are an issue, don't make it one. Use an Intertec Timer or a Digital for closer control, and choose your time settings. We have been to the Moon and back, I truly believe we fellow stoners can realize the value of that approach, creativity gentlemen, a can do attitude.

I have done my research, and practiced it to benefit.

Why not go bigger tables and less of them?

The biggest I found while looking was 4 x 4 but if you can point me in the direction of some big ones I'd certainly be interested.

Theres tons of hydro shops that sell trays up to 4x8. You can also build your own. For that many tables, it may be worth building your own
