.....Due to un-expected delays over the holiday period.....we hope to have the next edition printed and ready to go by the end of January......Saint Teflon is on the case and has been liasing with the printers in Canada.....we finally have the funds for the next print run due to a large donation from a kind soul......and I expect that those that have subscribed will be recieving their magazines a.s.a.p......

...my apologies for the delay.....things never seem to go as smoothly as you initially percieve..

I have consoling my next door neighbour who is half thai, she has just lost6 famil mebers from her fathers side of her family. This doesnt stop ,me from making a jokey comment about the mag tho does it. And, quite honestly, and i do not mean this as some might read it, I do not see what the Tsunami has got to do with with the 2nd issue hazey m8. Like i say, i dont mean that the Tsunami isnt an important issue, its terrible, mother earth showing us her power and indeed FURY! My heart goes out to all the families who have lost some1, and are in a dire situation now. All i mean by its got nothing to do with the magazine being l8, is just that.

I have the word for you all that the second edition is going to print in a few days and the mag is back on track to meet plans for the future. St. Teflon has been negotiating with new printers and the final proofs are finished. The money is in hand to have the proofs printed and we are already working on the 3rd edition. Plans to have the magazine printed in more languages are coming to fruition now.

Please understand that the magazine sufferred an initial financial difficulty and that without subscriptions the magazine can't succeed. I urge you to help make this classy publication continue by showing your support. Things don't just happen but with lots of hard work and money they can. We can make it happen and remember what JKF said, "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country".

This is our stoner country magazine and we wish to create a format in which even you can write an article and be read by all. Our members should realize that this site is our magazine and our magazine is our site because both the site and the mag are created by our members.

I have done a lot so far for the magazine by offerring to write free of charge for every issue. My donated seeds have helped to keep the struggling publication going but we need more help from our members. Be a contributor and write for the magazine is a good idea some have had.

I swear we will make this go but that's because I see the future and I see you taking a role to help. This 4/20 I will release my new book and hopefully you will come to amsterdam for your own copy. Come and show me your shit. BOG :friends:

Once I see it running smooth, Ill be getting a subscritption, I just waited coz i go nuts if i pay for something and its not here when 1st said it would, lol. i perfectly understand the probs though. Cant wait to see em start coming out smoothly on time , then i WILL be subscribing. I have heard lot of great stuff though, and im intruiged about the next 1, the little snippet DG gave about Gypsy and Bubble man in the Jamaican jungle making bubble. great

I was wandering the same thing. If you guys would get your act together and actually do what you say your going to with the mag, I think a lot more people myself included would buy a subscription. At this rate, it will have been a year since the first issue till the next issue comes out.

When will we be able to have the pleasure of reading the second volume?

Well, my man has the subscription and ask me to find out when the second issue was going to be out and that Gypsy got the new address change for BG. I PM it to Dutch and Gypsy, but never got a reply back. I guess i'll make the call to the shop and find out.

the words spreading urself to thin come to mind gypsy, what with themag , and then startin up the boutique as well. maybe u wanna ease back m8 and finish onw thing at a time, I duno, just like my uncle with his half finshed DIY jobs hahaha.

I want to subscribe as I said before, but I wont until I se it coming ou when it sposed, just beacuase, im not willing to set myself up for the annoyance, coz I would be fecking screwing by now if id payed a year ago for a 4 times a year mag and only gotten one so far, then been told 2 rough dates for the next one only for them to come and go.
You can certainly understnaded people moaning about it guys...I would be moaning like hell about it , but i mean, if some1 would just keep evry1 informed here now peeps may not end up so pissed off. I have to tell you as well, and you can take this how you like...If I was a non member here, who didnt know anything about gypsy, seeds direct or any of it, and I saw the price of the mag, subcription, and that its sposed to be out 4 times a year, and the 1st year is gone and peeps have only had 1...and no1 answers for weeks when people ask about it,..If I was looking at that information without knowing anything about the company or seedbay or any of it at all, then it could look very much like a scam. IM NOT SAYING IT IS IM SAYING IT COULD LOOK THAT WAY TO PEOPLE AND THAT WILL PIT OFF SUBSCRIBERS.
iT HAS BEEN DONE A LOT OF TIME, A MAG GETS SUBSCRIBES, SENDS OUT A COUPLE , GET S LOT OF CASH WORTH OF SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND THEN FOLDS. sO PEOPLE ARE WARY GUYS THAT IS WHAT i AM SAYING...AND i AM SURE THAT SUM1 WILL NOT READ THAT PROPERLY AND THINK I AM MAKING AN ACCUSATION, SO IF U DO, , GO BACK UP AND RE-READ IT. there, sorry for the capitals, just had to shout to be heard i all this chatter about the mag, lol. seiously though, any1 with any idea at all njnows that publishing is the most high risk buisness there is. Maybe some people know this and are a bit worried that the mag is gonna end up being chalked down to experience and money gone??
