$3000 for og :noway: Try the OC co-ops. I'd open up my own delivery service and break my back before i let it go for that.
true..true...when u go into a collective and sign up to there coop...they are allowed to grow medical cannabis for u....and some coops do.

times are tight...alot of VENDORS go and try to sling to coops...only to be turned away....even if its da kind og..under 3000 a lb.

do u wanna know how hard it is to grow a kind lb of og...:wallbash:

and after that monster 300 dollar a month light bill??

Eastbay all day!!!

I say check out Hayward or areas south of there(Newark,Fremont & Union City). But try to steer clear of Castro Valley, place is a Alameda Sheriff haven.

*sighs* Can't wait to finish school & move back

Where's a real liberal city with plenty to do but isn't too crowded? Looking for a place with tons to do and great place to raise a family but isn't full of backwards hicks? Berkley seems too expensive, and oakland seems like I'd get shot at.

Talked to my friend who went camping all over the pacific west - he recommended Oregon.
Said it was much more chill, and a lot of 'legit' hippies moved there who are for the movement.

If you have a lot of winter clothing in your closet you can always check Maine. Had a gf whose dad grew a huge bush up there for all his friends. Apparently under 100 plants is a misdemenor? don't know if thats changed.

Cali is seeming like more of a longshot - unless this economic downturn allows the purchase of super deflated housing.

about an hour north from fresno are a few little mountain towns up there that are really nice.i lived there for 3 almost four years.but for anything fun you have to drive down to fresno.

Overkill is under-rated.

I defy anyone to find a more medicinal cannabis-friendly county in California than Sonoma. 30 plants per patient and 100 square feet of canopy. Parts are pretty rural and if you want to do outdoor you can live by the coast and take advantage of the cool weather. CHeck out Norml's site and shop by the laws therein!

IE/ San Bernardino county, is one of the most anti-medical marijuana counties in california, up there with san diego... no county cards, and doesnt look like they care about making them available either..the weather is hot and dry....115F high in summer 35-40F low in winter... cops dont recognize prop.215, or sb 420, or signed papers from the courts of california telling them to return my medicine..plus overcrowded areas, over development and unemployment do not help the area..good luck in finding a place...peace

try the Sierra Nevada foothills

try the Sierra Nevada foothills

Auburn/Colfax/Grass Valley/Nevada City. rent is reasonable, SUNSHINE IS FREE. there is a big 215 scene (get a Doctor's recommendation) there. an hours drive to Tahoe, 2 hours to the Bay Area.

Oregon is very cannabis friendly. Once they passed the MMJ law here (OMMP specifically) the various police groups pretty much pulled back.

Most of the clowns busted here are a result of their own stupidity which is rampant. Their deal - not mine.

Not perfect but definitely workable, IMHO

I would say go to hayward. Its 20 mins from san fran and reasonable. If not come to LA ... suburbs. be ready to pay at least 1600 for a spot in LA.

Not to be rude, but if you dont like mexicans dont come out to cali, illegal or not illegal. Also what type of work will you be doing out here besides growing pot? will you be a financial burden to the rest of us? There is no way your gonna make money growing with just your card, you would have be a caregiver for a couple of people to actually make any money legally even then it is a tough line to walk. Trust me, i just got burned bad, i invested in what i though was going to be a medical dispensary business only to be ripped of by my so called partners. Not trying to crush your dreams but think about what your doing first. I would actually try Oregon, cheaper land and they medical pot there too

And definitely stay away from the San Gabriel Valley. As in El Monte or West Covina.

YMMV

I grew up in La Habra on the other side of the hill - pretty brutal over there as well.

Glad to be in Oregon - to say the least.

if you want to go S.G.V. try Walnut or the border part of covina, I grew up in Walnut good luck getting by on 30,000 there though. Glendora, San dimas nice area as well. La puente, basset, baldwin park, i'd avoid. Rowland heights has some nice areas as well.

You'll get stabbed or shot quicker in El monte though both low income areas but I always felt much safer in BP.
