i don't know about cutting the roots up to stimulate regrowth,but what i do know is that i have had a re-veg going for 3 budding cycles, 2 times inside and 1 outside,and i have never had to chop roots just leave the lower portion of buds the loose ones,and it comes back,every time,and i get the same good smoke every time,-it is almost 2 years old,and it is in the same pot as it has always been
