When everyone knows you grow...

Everytime i break the "dont tell anyone" rule i cringe to myself. I started out with all hopes of only sharing my hobby with one person. He was the dude that turned me onto growing. He had showed me his grow and let me buy his extras back when i just started toking.

Well since then quite a few more people have found out one way or another. Usually when i smoke someone up that knows the difference between good and bad pot they will comment on the quality and taste.... and the highhh. If they ask about it i sometimes say i grew it outdoors. Then make up some story about hiking miles to get to my plot and shit haha. But sometimes a few people have actually seen the buds they've called my bluff. One person looked at me and was like " I've seen a lot of outdoors, and indoors....this doesnt look like outdoors to me. But i dont mind when thats happened because ive known the people pretty well by then. That would be like someone trying to pull that off on me, Id be like yeah rightttt outdoors. Actually this person im talkin about actually had me get him growing and is about to take his first succesfull harvest this week.

As far as my security from people knowing. Im not to worried because if i go away so does the great smoke they all love so much.

You're difinitly right, a shut mouth catches no flys! I definitly tell no one about my grow except me girlfriend and that's even just a brief word. Trust no one in this game with the laws and politicians around these days.

If I marry my now girlfriend, I don't feel bad about not telling here about a crop that I grow. Many married men hide mistress's, heck some men hide other wives and families.
My love for my girl friend is not measured by how many details of my life that I disclose to her. instead of risky encounters in a dark alley, I stay safe by procuring my own.

i had to change my handle to my original one that i use to use for years.weird how out of no where i remembered my password.
why,because i used my old handle to play a "friend" chess online.he asked one night what my handle meant.i told him it was a combination of three names.
so the next day,he comes up to me and says he googled that handle and up came my latest posts from icmag.true,i did the same and sure enough.
ofcourse i denied it up and down.he told me he use to grow...blah,blah.i told him i had no idea what he was talking about.fortunately he does not know where i live.
he's a co-worker and now he gives me a look,like "i know whats up".and i give him a look like ahhh whats your deal pal.
no biggie.
btw,i invited my ex to move in with me.this was almost 10 years ago.was renting a house.basement was used for my grow.had 20 plants.SOL PlumBud and a strain from Emery.
anyways one night we argued about some stupid shit.so she said she was going to her brothers house.ok i said.later biatch(i dont think that phrase was around then)
about an hour later i was in the basement tending my garden...then out of nowhere i hear all these footsteps up stairs.sure enough the boys in blue are making there way down the basement.
caught red handed.
funny thing was they were asking how to grow.whats this for,whats that for.they took my collection of HT which really pissed me off...over 200 issues!!
did some time in DOC.
so my point being......tell no one,the only person you can trust is yourself.

not long ago.but i would not think he would sit here at icmag and try to discover this.
i could be anyone,anywhere,at any given time.
funny how you have gut feelings about things.and my gut feels fine.
