Whats your Refractometer read? DVOG SROG

so recently I finally was able to test a few leaves on the Secrete Recipe OG outdoor and scored a 12% :/ The Darth Vadar OG was too small to test at the moment ... in my opinion... but those scores I think will be close.
Has anyone eles really experimented with your Sugar Levels???

well can anyone comment on what you've heard sugar %'s normally at? or what % is high??

12% is the mark you are trying to stay above when doing most things right, good job. Young plants normally measure higher in brix from my experience.

5g's red - I maintained 10brix or higher indoors
Blue Dream - Maintained 11 brix or higher indoors
Cookies - Maintained 9 or higher indoors
5g's red - Only took a couple readings, I was just getting into brix readings. 13 outdoors.

Edit: I always take the newest full leaf on the plant, to ensure constant readings. If you take a low leaf one day, and a young leaf the next day, you will get very different readings. The entire plant should be within 10-20% of the top reading. Good luck with your brix adventures.

Thanks Organic! hopfully i can maintain 12 or higher outdoors. ill be posting more readings later in the season when my girls get a bit bigger

12% is what is the mark for cannabis I should have said. Check this thread out for more information. You have to hunt a little, but a great source of info for brix. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=236576
