I was surprised how much I enjoyed wedding cake… closest buzz I’ve had to Valium in weed form …. Really nice.
I agree! The Wedding Cake clone is very enjoyable and wifey likes it for pain management.
The IC member who made the cross was generous to share the Oaxacan and some crosses he made which included the Oaxacan Cake. I can't wait to dig into the other crosses! And grow the pure Oaxacan which is reportedly the "real deal" .

Well I may as well put my best smoke of the 2025 so far in here too. And I’m going to interpret the question a bit differently if I may.
I was driving around the mainland in NZ camping and I’d run out of smoke. So I pulled into a tiny little town and went to the only pub to grab a beer.
small town pubs everyone gives ya that who’s this new fella look hey. I gave the locals a nod grabbed a pint and said gidday. They gave me a bit of shit for being a towny and we had a bit of a laugh.
Got to just before closing time and I shouted the boys a round of last beers. We all had to sit outside to drink em cause the bar closed. This old boy in his 70s whipped out a tin of beautiful citrusy incensey smelling outdoor buds and rolled a big hooter.
I didn’t bother asking what it was but It was Tasty af reminded me of really good Jack, could have been a local cross dunno, ….
Before ya know it we are all laughing our heads off and chatting away like old mates. Then another big hooter is on the go and I’m flying high man nice uppy social buzz, it rode over the beer buzz with ease and woke me right up.
I went of round the back to drain the snake and when I came back old mate was off home. He said “I left ya a few nuggs in ya pouch for tomorrow “ and then he hooned off into the night. Bloody legend! ! !

I was riding shotgun in a friend's truck headed to a fishing hole. He was an old biker hippy dude from Texas but living in NY. This dude knew all the useful things about plants and medicine, a true hoticulture encyclopedia, I learned a ton about nature from this gentleman and his wife.
Back to the truck, we are tooling along and he packs his old bat from his dugout and hands it over. It wasn't even full and I said are you sure you got some in there. He says, well for new folks I just pack a little. They always freak out if I pack a full one. Now this bat (metal one hitter that comes in a dugout) was TINY. If there was a little bud dust in there that would have been a stretch lol
I hit it and held it in, blew it out, and tasted the spicy sativa twang followed by a slight blackberry finish. I'll never forget that taste as I hadnt tasted it in NLD plants before that. This was in 94 I believe. By the time I said I liked the taste I was fucked smooth up. I sat there in that old Ford with time coming to a crawl, the music sounded like it was coming from the truck bed yet so clear I could hear the guitar strings squeak in places I had never heard before. Everything had a golden tint, the sky, the leaves, the lake. It was an incredible ride.
Once I came down enough I asked wtf did we just smoke?? He said some seeds he brought back from Vietnam he had gotten from buds he scored in Laos and had been growing since. Him and his friends had been growing and crossing their favorite plants every year outside every year since. What we smoked was his indoor Winter crop. Outrageous
We got on the boat and he handed me a full packed bat and that boat ride was amazing as was the whole day fishing, just blasted out of my mind with such a positive warm creative happy trippy face effects.
He gave me a bud which my girlfriend at the time totally freaked out after sampling and I saved the rest for my next fishing trip. My friend moved back to Texas a few months later and I've never seen him again. I'm sure he is gone now but damn did that cat have the goods lol
