What's this growing on my soil?

This has been in a Rubbermaid for 6+mos now and was forgotten. I think it's just Promix and either compost or garden soil mixed in but not sure what's going on here.

That is the mycorrhizae of some fungi.
From the looks of it, guessing from the balls, it is already sporulating or getting ready to.
I would just turn over the top few inches and mix it in.
Probably not harmful and possibly even beneficial.

Myco bloom

Must agree with I Wood, turn it in, it will very likely be beneficial.

I have never seen fungus gnat eggs but I have seen myco, and Ive never seen it look quite like that.I get it in my bags of OF on occasion.I can see what looks like individual globes to me and that looks suspicious.Myco looks fuzzy and sporelike.I think the Farmer is on to something

I saw this happen once when a dome was left over a freshly potted clone for a week. It just got mixed around and all was fine.

It's mycorhizal hyphe (mushroom roots).

If you let the container go you may see what kind of mushrooms that particular myco will make.
 It looks like it's about to pin & fruit.
