My first thought, not looking closely, was mites, but after seeing more photos and the comment that only the leaves that were closest to the light were affected, I'm going to say It's most likely just burn. It also looks like the trichomes are missing on the affected parts of the leaves, which supports heat being the issue, as they would vaporize before the leaf surface burned.
If you looked over several leaves with a loupe and saw no pests or eggs, it's safe to assume there are none. It is possible there's a deficiency in those plants due to the greater rate of metabolism that would be induced by more light, but I think you might have solved the problem by raising the light.
Of course, you should still keep a close eye on new growth, and watch the plants that seem unaffected. If the problem gets worse or spreads, you'll know something else is wrong.
What about your climate? Any chance the humidity has been a little bit out of range?
If that happens, they have more trouble dealing with IR and heat in general. If its been too high, it could also explain the necrosis looking like Ca def.
Lucas and deck don't work great gh crushes in dwc just can't use 6/9 u need the green bottle in true hydro systems... use a 7.5grow 5 micro 2.5 bloom for veg and 2.5 grow 5 micro 7.5 bloom for flower... back ya light off and if there are no bugs should be fine... looks like some bug issues goin on to by the white spots under leaves they may be about to take over the plant... if it's nutes and heat easy fix if it's bugs u in it waist high
