Whats the easiest way to get rid of any smell??

I just built one of these and it is awesome. I used an old kitty litter square plastic 3 gal container. I only have 4 plants flowering in a room that is 6x4x8 so the 5 gal was way over kill. I suggest that when you fire this up the first time, you put it outside for at least an hour. The fan in the pic. is too loud and strong for me, so I bought this: http://www.northlineexpress.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=5SA-4001
It's only 50 cfm and you can not hear it all, and it works awesome.
I also used less ONA. Take care

I went store bought.......

I went store bought.......

I bought two of these off of eBay....... It's very easy to add on a 6 inch inline duct fan (Sun Court brand) and just stick it in the corner. The 6 inch SunCourt fan ($30.00 @ home depot, was $55.00 at my hydro shop, I got mine at Home Depot ;-) runs at 52 decibels which is damn near silent and moves 240cfm.

Mount the fan so air flows this way thru the filter.
This is easiest on your fan & will move more air for you.

The next thing to consider is ODOR MODIFICATION:
Try this cheap method. Buy a SunCourt 4 inch ($25.00 @ Home Depot) inline duct fan. Add onto the exhaust side of it a rolled up dryer sheet (wick) with a clip like I used here and soak it ocassionally with this product, 'Glade PlugIns Scented Oil' (empty jug pictured below). I buy those little oil containers because as it is an oil it dissipates at a slower rate than every other liquid. Or spray 'Febreeze' on the wick (or wicks, you can add 4 to the front of that fan if you like) more often if you'll be home. If you notice odor escaping from a doorway in your home be a bit clever and direct the airflow of this little fan toward that area. These fans have three wires, cut and tape the green wire (direct ground) and just add any lamp cord/plug in to the black/white wires, fan MUST run in the direction indicated by the arrow.

easiest way is to vent straight outside from a negative pressure room. negative pressure = sealed room w/ more air blowing out than what is coming in. supplement w/ ozone....... absolutely no odor problem .......guaranteed......

gdawg....... it is a weak little fan no doubt (65cfm) but I use it for its silence & it draws only .30 (3/10ths) of an amp, it is meant to be installed rather permanently into home ductwork, these fans last for 20-30 yrs with ocassional or intermittent use.

Sure you can tie or clip some wicks to any fan you have, but this little fan 4" around & 6" long can be stashed anywhere to discreetly dispatch odor modification.

I spend hundreds on my fans as well SunCourt Centrax TF106 is a powerhouse @ 400+cfm, $169.00 from this source....... SunCourt Centrax Low $$$ seller<---LINK
This meets my biggest needs

Oh! and no, those little inline duct fans will NEVER replace Vortex fans
