What yield can I expect from sea of green 100 cuttings ?

The main reason I am going to Nft is because I have low head height to grow in so I use to scrog my plants but that just was to much time wasted training the plants to grow horizontal and the overall time from start to finish so I thought Nft is good for low height situation as they are not tall and to cut my overall time down was to go sea of green and get a turnover in a shorter amount of time and getting large amounts of cuttings is not a problem for me so that's where I am cheers

CO2 supplementation can be as simple as lighting a candle.

Did the calc's once, roughly the weight of the candle wax is converted to CO2.

And there is a fire danger - I once almost burned down a 12 unit condo complex ... I was using candles for CO2 supplementation, and one got knocked over when I was cleaning.

I figure you might be more careful than me


ALSO - water + yeast + sugar yields CO2 ... a lot of CO2.

I normally use a gallon of warm water, 2 pounds of sugar, 2 tablespoons of active dry yeast and a half teaspoon of champagne yeast. Bubbles like 100 champagne glasses for about 4 days.

Hi all well it's been the worst day ever I have just had a call from my cutting man and he had a scare from the police and actually flushed all 100 cuttings down the toilet so that idea is now out the window but I wanted to get all your opinions on doing a sea of green straight from seed as In I germinate all 100 soon as they pop through veg them for say a week then flip them straight into flower will this work ???? I am so upset when he only told me yesterday that around 50 of them had already rooted what do you all think ?? Thanks

well, if it were me, and I was not licensed to grow..... and my clone guy had heat on him from the cops...... I'd be seriously contemplating a shut down after ensuring my genetics were in safe hands.

sounds like by going from seed, you can cut out unnecessary involvement with other folks and your grow, and the potential cops/rippers (as well as insects, bacteria, mold spores) that may take interest in you by association.
been there, done that, almost died, could write a book or make a movie, but I'm a garden hermit instead hahahaha

Lol is your cutting man a tweaker or cop? How did the cops give him a scare without taking him to jail? How does one get scared of a cop and have time to flush 100 cuttings? Sounds like either you are lying or he is? Any sane person would probably cut them up and mix them in with trash or yard clippings then threw them away but not flush 100 cuttings it'll end in a lot of flushes or a clogged toilet. You probably got scared sounded like you don't know what your doing and people probably discouraged you, lol

Seeds take a while to get going..... Try and rush them and they won't do shit.

Settle on 10-15 plants. As those grow, take cuttings from them.

Was originally gonna tell you that if you're in the US, never, ever go over 99 plants.

100+plants = 5 yr mandatory minimum in fed court.

But with the debacle, it seems a mute point. So for all others, heed the above...

When I was first taught to grow and invited into the "family" , The number one rule? Never commit a misdemeanor while in the process of committing a felony LOL

sounds your illegal goped driving clone man has smashed the golden rule to bits.

I would A) Move away from that area and heaty friends, even if it's a legal grow, heaty friends gets your garden ripped.
B) start fresh with seeds , make your own clones and tell no one, except us cuz we gots yer back
