Mg locked out by overwatering an acidic medium... that's my guess ;)
Pots with built-in drip trays drain HORRIBLY and the trays should be removed.
Drill extra drain holes in the sides of the pots if you can, use a 1/2" spade bit. I have seen plants grown in that type pot show the WEIRDEST symptoms, like rootbound when there should be ample space- but it's an issue of USEABLE space; the low, wet soil zone becomes anoxic and all sorts of shit happens- anaerobic bacteria can breed and rot your roots, the soil chemistry gets wacky, and the medium stays sodden and mucky and breaks down into mush- none of these things are good.
Once you sort out your drainage, let the plants get rather dry and then do a good flush to bring the runoff pH to 6.8 and feed immediately with a complete grow fert with micros in it to return the good stuff to the plant.
Meanwhile you can foliar feed with epsom salts at about 1/2 teaspoon per quart with one drop dish soap as a surfactant.

Just make sure it's not anti-bacterial dish soap. It will kill benificial microbes in the soil :smoweed:

In my garden anyway, the main point of foliar feeding as opposed to watering-in any nutrient is to avoid any contact with the soil and bypass the root system entirely. I'd never foliar ANYTHING to the point of runoff personally. It's fine in some cases but I still avoid it.
