there was some bug or something and it made your plant sap in a different thread, and people discovered its sweet like honey, and it resembles sugar burnt

I've had that happen on my buds before, and it's nothing to worry about. I'm couldn't tell you why or how it happens, but I agree with some of the others' posts in that it's sap.

Yeah i had this happen with a Dutch Passion strain before (Orange Bud),
seen a pic on IC last year as well, can't remember which member it was from but i'm pretty sure it was on an Original Haze and the sap was bright red, looked cool:joint:

I've had it happen to me when it gets really cold. Only happens to my Green Ice plant. ALSO I would like to state it happens to JACKTHEREFER on his Green Crack plants......GC could be known as a sap producing plant I suppose.

right on sammet! K+ I think most of ICMAG did not know the exact term for this, I know I didn't!

When there is a high soil moisture level,

Makes sense, I use coco so it stays pretty wet.

I don't know exactly what it is called, but when the humidity is to high sometimes the plant can give off a sap like residue. Plants move water through plant cells though osmosis. If the humidity is higher outside the plant than inside the plant then reverse osmosis can occur. The reason the water is sticky is because normally nutrients will also escape with this liquid. Not sure if this is what you are experiencing, are you humidity levels high?
