What strain is BEASTERS?

G

Guest

Sorry, no pics, for those that don't know what beasters is..

Serioulsy, though, anyone know what strain it is? Everytime I see beasters around, it has the exact the same smell, taste, and texture.

It has got to be all the same strain...

I think the reason why they all taste and look the same is because they're all nl hybrids harvested early and chemically fed. If I had to guess it would be chronic or sweet pink grapfruit.

Probably all smell, taste, and look the same because it's all handled the same. So yeah, as far as I know, it's commercial. Not sure why someone would want to disgrace a strain with a name like beasters.

BC BUD

BC BUD

Beasters is any bud from canada to me all shit for the most part. They have about 10 strains they import to the US. I wish it would stop. A few strains are juicy fruit, hash plant, chernobel, suger shack, and a few others I can't remember. I went to BC and some head shop owner pulled out some bud and said "You wanna buy this Master Kush" and I said "You fool that's Canadian Hash Plant" and I had to buy it cause there was nothing else around except the block of OG Kush Hash I smuggled into their country. LOL

I thought it was m39 x bigbud..I could be wrong..Beasters isn't the name the actual ''growers'' gave the bud..It's a street name given to the bud because of it's poor quality and appearance..My first (and last) time getting ''beasters'', the appearance was actually pretty good..Trich covered ( not heavily) but still visible..The smell, wet hay..Very leafy, and the stems did not even snap.More so, just bent in half..I had a hard time keeping a J lit..Black ash..Etc,Etc..Although the nugs were pretty dense..All I can say is don't be fooled by appearance..

i thought beasters meant mersch...

Not necessarily, ya its mersh… but more like low quality mersh. Thats beasters ta me.

Med clubs sell mersh.

Beasters is lower quality… packed/shipped… premature … sometimes wet… maybe kiefed.. etc etc etc etc.

When I think of beasters that’s what I think of, low quality bud… not necessarily mersh per se.

I don’t think of Canada at all either…. But since British Columbia is said to have a fair amount of huge grows that are imported commercially grown nugs… it has gotten the term.

Id bet a lot of this beasters people get is in fact more local than people sometimes think. Specially the wet shit… when I was young I saw a lot of it and a lot was just the local crap called beasters… and the real Canadian ‘beasters’ was actually some of the best imo.

Im sure there tons of threads if u look…. Its kinda just referred to as HUGE commercial grown bud, which a lot is for many reasons… but beaster imo on the street is just what folks call low grade sensi.

Just cuz something is in theory mersh doesn’t mean its beasters.

Its just how its grown handled packed journeyed.. etc etc imo... BUT alots not even from Canada.

edit: theres fire ass nugs in Canada bro.

Like Von D said, It all looks the same. I have seen 8 diff Beasters at once and all looked very similar. I am sure 100000s of pounds make to US. Shit is CRAP and we should be taken care of our own country instead of making the Canadians rich. Right?

here are a few pics of NYC beesters. (simply meaning thats where i bought em)

they speak for themselves as far as quality, or lack there of.

on the top we have the "driest" of the beester line up.
bottom right is the normal street level shit that floats around.
bottom left is the seximexi brickbud.
sexi mexi=one ounce
wet beest=2 ounce
dry beest=2 ounce
hahaha
anyways...

now....bending the sexi mexi brickbud in half....
notice it actually breaks..

now....one from the bottom right bowl. the normal street level beest.
bends right in half. wet as hell.

hahahah!!!!

the one from the top bowl broke in half at least when bent in half!
sorry for the bad pic.

ok close ups of each bowl for reference...

SEXIMEXI BRICKBUDS (bottom left)

Street Level Beest

and the somewhat dried (still tastes like hay)

a lil glimpse of what people NOT in the know are burnin.
poor souls.

anyways....hope that helped ya out.

for the record....ive grown shit outdoors called huron that looks like this when finished. COULD be that????? but WHO KNOWS???

Yup. Here in the NE pretty much any generic mersh from Canada is called beasters. Some is better than others. All are beasters.

You guys know that as consumers you can choose not to buy that stuff....
Last time I went to a dealer he didn't put a gun to my head and force me to give him money, You either buy it or you don't, no sense in bitching.

That said Id probably buy it cause its cheap as hell usually and its still better than some of the stuff around here.

sometimes its the only thing available and it feels good to bitch after getting some mersh that you paid more money than you wanted to for.

but yes i did sample each

want a smoke report?

:yummy:
hahahahahahahahahha!!!

this is more normal stuff that i come across...

Shaolin36er bro.... seriously... alot of places..... your 'beaster' is not from Canada.

Alot is.

T-Type is right on.... dont fucking buy it, better yet GROW YA OWN!!

Plus its cheap too. Thats what some people want, even when given a choice.

Imo, alot of times scwag is even better than the low grade sensi. :pointlaug

Im not gonna argue with anyone and I uderstand what everyone is sayin... but there is top knotch all over Canada.

in FULL agreement...
some pretty nice plants in bagseed as well.

win-win situation

BCsters

BCsters

A lot of the info here is correct, some incorrect. Just wanted to add my two cents while im bored on the comp....

Lotus is right, most of the large commercial ops in kingston, toronto area are growing m39 (mr39 depending on who you talk to) or a variation of m39xbigbud.

The best BC buds are usually grown in smaller ops around V island. (as far as I have seen... im sure they are everywhere in the great north)

Do a search for the former brewing warehouse that was turned into a commercial op, pretty crazy figures they were spewing.

In terms of smoking... The Beasters are complete crap. They should never be smoked by any human... totally full of nasty chemicals and metals that should not be ingested....
Just compare your moods and well being before smoking beasters while smoking outdoor brick weed or whatever then see how you feel after smoking beasters for a while.... the beasters drain you and make you unhealthy; in my opinion... from my own experience.

I have seen it straight from them. They don't even go buy strain name. They go buy #'s. I have seen they bags labeled 1 through 12, all smell and look similar. It's a billion dollar industry for them made off of us.. And for the fact, No I don't smoke or buy that shit because I don't have too. To some it's chronic. I agree on that.LOL
