what social netwoeking sites have real people?

Hi,
I am leaving Myspace.
There are just so many bots there. Everyday, I go to my page and see that I have messages, but 99% are from bot advertising their porn sites.
I like the concept of social networking sites.

my question is
what social networking sites for the most part are made up of real actual human people.
I guess it's inevitable that once a site gets big enough it will be a feeding ground for bots and spam.
could you suggest some that are still small?
all help will be greatly appreciated.

the only good social networking site is Http://www.last.fm

it's a musical social network. You download a program that "scrobbles" [remembers which songs you play] the songs you play on your computer, compiles them and publishes them. this is mine.

oh yeah man. i saw him last year on his birthday which was awesome, and then again about 4 months ago, both times he ruled. I just wish that equipto wasn't in the click so they could do a horns and halos set. That and i've never seen him sing Fly Like a Bird live.

I saw him with Equipto in Portland, it was the best show I've ever been to.

Smoked a fat blunt at some point during the night, it was pretty smokey for just being in the Roseland.
