and the piratebay....on another note thepirate bay have are a poplitical party you can vote for here in sweden....they had an info box setup near my work , it was manned by pimply guys whos main objective is file-sharing i assume

I use demonoids, oink, and torrentleach. I use to have bitme and bitmetv but my accounts got cancelled due to inactivity. If anybody has any of those, I would gladly trade any invites for those.

The latest craze in file sharing, sucks though when I have mine on my ISP slows my connection to a crawl, I called them and they say that the just don support it but wont admit to slowing my speed down.

i use utorrent aswell..

mininova is great... to upload trackers from

the way to do it is to goto

www.torrentz.com

its basically a search engine, that finds torrents from mininova, torrentspy, etc..

and you can click on each "torrent" that it finds... and load them all into one download!

this enables you to get multiple download locations all into one torrent, the bomb diggity if ya ask me

peace to you

It's basically taking a very large file, such as a whole season of a tv show or an entire discography of a musical artist and breaking them into very small bits of info and them people download and upload these small bits of info from many people at once, sometime hundreds of people at once. It's a very efficient way of moving very large files (multiple gigs) from point a to point b.

I use Azureus to download (and port forward)
Use www.btjunkie.com to search for them.

I've gotten all sorts of goodies using these two.
Downloaded the first season of dexter, heroes, nero, bitdefender and avg, ad-aware, children of men, babel, pan's labryrinth, the departed, volver, dreamgirls, need for speed carbon, windows vista, windows vista crack, office 2007 and crack, various music albums, and various BBC documentary videos.
Just to name some that I've got in the past couple weeks.

I don't have a tv w/ cable, so I rely on my computer for a lot of entertainment.

Try btjunkie...it has a pretty comprehensive search feature.

I pretty much use mininova.org exclusively, however occasionally have to use torrentspy.com to get stuff that is harder to aquire.

I use Azureus too, I love it.

It's been so long since I've actually rented a movie.

Speaking of which, I DL'ed The Departed the day it came out, and still haven't watched it. Think I'll go watch that now.

Word of advice for those snagging movies, especially those still in Theaters - you want to avoid the ones that say 'cam' in the title.
