Greenhouses are legal - they shouldn't really raise suspicion in and of themselves. On the other hand . .a greenhouse in the ghetto . .or in the back yard of a frat house . . . maybe not.
But assuming you live in an area where a greenhouse doesn't really stand out -
You have to make sure that nobody sees your plants or they will take them or tell somebody about them or something else bad. If you have a big property and nobody can get on it or see into it (ie . .you are out in southern humboldt/northern mendocino or somewhere like that) then you should be good. Just make sure that nobody can see/smell the plants. If anybody does or even 1 person finds out then the risk is so much greater . .so you really have to make sure nobody will stumble into your greenhouse or get close enough to smell anything . . ie . .are you sure no neighborhood kids would ever get in there? Kids break into garages and outbuildings.
Selling it is the real dangerous part since you can't do it without at least 1 person finding out what you're up to. Then all kinds of things can happen.
