If any of you guys like Sublime, check out Slightly Stoopid.. Brad Nowell signed them to Skunk Records when he was still in High School. Really similar sound, bit more reggae flavor and a bunch of songs that reference our fav. herb

I guess I have a varied taste. I like some of the rap I've heard, my buddy turned me on to that. The stuff 'been' just listed minus Manson, NIN and Disturbed is a little more up my alley, but that's stuff I listen to anyway, not stuff I want for the growroom.

I know that bone thugs song extacy, that's one I'll be putting on whatever CD I burn for the growroom. I'm gonna put this song called "Bonghits for Breakfast" on there too, kind of a funny, jazzy blues type song done by Staind's singer and a band he did a live show with before Staind was well known. The Beatles are alright, I like a few of theirs. Butthole Surfers and Pink Floyd also have a few songs I'll probably put on that CD... Ah this song called "Ganja Babe" by... Michael Franti & Spearhead. Nice and mellow, just like I'm looking for.

It's coming together, I'll have it done soon. Thanks again for all the input.

actually.... there is some music you might not enjoy personally (its classical) but its imbedded with bird sounds designed to mimic bird sounds found in nature which alert plants to open their stomata and can intake alot more nutes when fed via foliar...... its called Sonic Bloom ..... designed by a guy who saw the hardships of a third world country and wanted to help!

I actually bought it, but havent tried yet..... I usually dont have the setup where I can foliar feed.....

I can mess with foliar nutes if it works man. A little ambiance never hurts, even if I'm not in the room.

Have you ever heard those "sounds of nature" tracks? Some of them are thunderstorms, rain etc...not sure what (if any) effect they'd have on the girls but I have a buddy who swears it's some of the most relaxing sounds he's heard. It isn't even music but I sleep pretty good when I hear the rain outside my window...silence keeps me awake and keeps my mind racing.

I'm sure there's some of that stuff with bird sounds too, might be worth trying just to see if it really does have an effect on the girls.
