In real life (the 90s) I was mechanized rolling out in either our hummers or catching rides on Blackhawks. We usually headed out as a company, but would breakdown into platoons, squads and then individual teams as our missions proceeded.

Although in the past 20 years my prefered online war game/simulator has been Battlefield 2 (as the #1 player in the world). I do enjoy the Barrett 13 50 cal there thought, but knife kills are the most fun ;-)~
