I just stumbled into those guys, and they're about as corny as can be. They're apparently from Kentucky, and seem like a back-roads version of the folks on Hee-Haw and Laugh In that used to play a moment, then tell a joke that was stupid enough that people laughed at the outrageous level of goofiness.

Hadn't heard this in decades. Arlo having what I suspect was "way too much fun."

Yes, there's a classic Arlo tune at the end of the lengthy story.

(*The Clamshell Alliance was an anti-nuclear group on the East Coast back then).

Everybody's got a story or 4 to tell. I didn't think I'd be posting the outdoor musical component of a church gathering of cowboys, but this fellow's story struck me hard this morning. Shook my head in a somber moment.

His singing is marginal, picking is pretty good, and his forward movement in life and will to find his siblings is noteworthy.
