I don't know about that.
I know that Sonny Barger pinned the general atmosphere's deterioration on the Stones, and specifically Jagger, referring to him as a 'pretty boy' or something like that, among other unflattering terms. Barger, I believe, cited the Stones' delayed appearance on-stage as a part of the cause of the upheaval.
I've never read or heard Barger own any part of the mayhem on behalf of HA.
