Seagal was in Valdez, Alaska when I lived and worked there, filming 'On Deadly Ground', or whatever that B-grade flick was.

He was full of himself.

They had good catering, though.

Alaska at that time offered no formal concealed carry permit, but through the local PD, Seagal and his crew were able to get a wink and a nod from the local Chief of Police there at that time for concealed carry; Bert Cottle.

Edit: It was 'On Deadly Ground', not, 'On Frozen Ground'. Different movies altogether.
