What lighting will work 4 my setup?

A 250 watt HPS lamp would give you a little more than 50 watts per sq ft. You could go with a 150 watt HPS and supplement with a couple of fluoros. You might get away without a cool tube for the 250 if your exhaust setup is sufficient. A 150 doesn't make much heat. You could probably stick a pc fan on it and cool it down. You still need sufficient exhaust.
sorry i forgot to mention, im going with a 400w HPS lighting from HTG supply. Will a cool tube reflector be needed or will i be ok with the heat issues if i run 1 or 2 6" fans inside the tent?
I wish I knew. 100 wpsf is gonna make a lot of heat. Since you footprint is square and your light is so big, have you considered going vertical? A fan to suck heat through a vertical tube and another fan to suck the heat cap out of the tent would work imo. If you go horizontal you could get away with one fan if the bulb is close to the tent ceiling and the fan is big enough.
