what is this?

Ya, sorry was thinking it was maybe something common and someone could tell right away from the pic. The plant is outside in the ground out in the woods. That pic is from first thing in the morning, dew on the leaves. I'm thinking maybe it is pigmentation at this point. It is definately in the leaves, i.e. I can't rub it off or anything. I've grown this plant indoors and it never changed color, but I guess it never really got cold either. It dipped down to the low 40s last week, maybe that did it?

Are you talking about the purplish colour on the buds? that could be becuase of genetics, tempature, or a lack of nutrients, but since you mentioned that they were recently exposed to cold temps, i would say that caused it...either way, doesnt look that harmful.

it looks to be a strain of purple or what is called a pheno plant. its a keeper my man she should grow up to be one fine chick. good luck
