Your post is literally titled "what if", as a question, but your thread allows no dissenting thought.
Even IF there are columns under the pyramids I can think of a host of other potential explanations that are simpler.
Stop them sinking into sand, connect the underworld to the heavens, alien spaceship rockets.
Irish round houses are hollow and are able to be entered by people, which is not a suggestion for the imagined "columns" under the pyramids I'm guessing. The name for these structures roughly translates to bell tower. Even in the land of fairies there may be simpler explanations for their existence than paramagnetic action. Like safety from, and warning of, invading Viking hoards.
Show us your plants that so benefit from paramagnetic action that you have grown as part of your research, cos I don't see any around the pyramids in spite of them being on one of the most fertile alluvial plains.
Making statements like the pyramids are made of cement, when there are quarries and identifiable sources beggars the question (wtf?) have you really done your research?

They (slaves?) could have used tons and tons of seed to lift the blocks into place. Add a thick enough layer of seeds, use water to germinate and unleash the power! Then quickly shim the block, scrape out all the sprouts, and add another layer. Just keep doing it over and over, lifteing the blocks 1/4 by 1/4" at a time, per layer.
When growing a tray of microgreens, 50 or so grams of radish or brocolli seeds is enough to lift a concrete paver stone in a day!

Again, the Nile hasn't flowed past Giza for centuries, what your showing is seasonal flooding, it's a dead end. It dies up after the flood season. When the pyramids were built there was a branch of the Nile that flowed past Giza. It could be used year round to transport workers, and materials. The branch dried up/shifted centuries ago. I eagerly look forward to you proving Callahan's theory of Irish towers concentrating any kind of magnetic energy that benefits plants, from above or below. However, I won't buy your book.

The ancient ones probably filled the megalithic sized cylinder cavities under the pyramid with water. Pumped in from the aquaduct channels they dredged out, that led down to the lost branch of the Nile river..

Giza was completely blanketed with gold and other precious metals/gems, in the form of circuitry on a grand scale. You know, before it was all stripped away at some point, leaving just the foundation and substrates.
Is it really hard to believe that ancient cities made of gold somehow just disappeared? Most large ruin sites resemble mega sized motherboards and circuit boards, with all the different components like CPU and RAM, etc. They were probably all covered with precious metals too, and had all had different purposes. Some rooms and features resonate at exact frequencies, and could have acted like resistors and whatnot.
The great pyramid itself might have been more of a focused beam, so they could blast holes up into in the firmament..
