What happened to Montreal?

In the 90's it seemed as though Montreal was a close second to Vancouver when it came to cannabis tolerance with a few clubs being open and even the cafe on St-Denis. But in recent years it has really not been pushing the envelope when it comes to the fight for cannabis acceptance. Toronto is without question the city with the most going on in the weed scene. Maybe even more than Vancouver right now. Is there anything i'm missing? Do they still hold the QC cannabis cup?

I'm definitely heading to the hemp Expo in Toronto this summer!

Vancouver isn't much to write home about either. Friends of mine were up there in December and the pot scene was pretty strange. Locals told my friends that with the upcoming Winter Olympics in Whistler was the cause.

Anecdotal at best I know.

Also..no one is shipping across the southern border right now, so it's all stacking up in Montreal and across Canada. Thins are getting cheap but i notice alot more cardboard smelling warehouse grown weed.
