My first tip is to find some one to hang out with that is smart enough to tell LEO's what they can do with their groundless searches.
Second ask around (discreetly) if it is typical to just toss a couple of blunts on a traffic stop, and if it is unusual you know what time it is.
Third think about where you had just left or where you were going and who you were with that might provide some clues why the two of you were pulled over if it isn't obvious by now

My thinking is 2 blunts weren't worth it for the cop. Also, a woman scorned is likely to accuse you not just of growing weed, but of being a member of Al queada ( how the fuck do you spell that ) a child molester, and responsible for starting the Spanish American war. They hear a lot of that.
Since you are a bad actor in leo's eyes, you ought to stay squeaky clean for a while, and next time chuck the weed.

If you can avoid it, don't go back to that town, for any reason.
Don't ride with any weed in your car.
Consider breaking down if you're growing again and/or moving somewhere else.

They didn't run my ID. I know about 80% of the department by sight and I assume they know me. They did run my buddy's name and tag. As Charger said. This town has never been known to just ''overlook'' this sort of thing.

When the break-up fiasco happened. My ex told the whole town my business. She was even nice enough to make matters far worse than they ever were. I had about 300-350 plants. Her tale was I had about 1000! They came multiple times but found nothing.

For the size of town this was, the ordeal was huge. Looking for my 15 minutes of fame. I watched the news. Nothing was ever mentioned. I read the paper and no mention of it was ever written. That alone spooked me and made my mind run rampant. I stayed in that town for a couple weeks before I could move. Any time I left the house, I saw a cop.

Maybe it is paranoia..Either way, I'm not going to do anything for awhile.

I live in 1 of those small ass towns and agree with you. The state I live in is RED as you can get and 2 blunts would hang your ass for at least the weekend. I wish you good karma. They will always be watching you whenever you are in town you know that so my advice is stay the hell as far away as you can. I for 1 am moving to a mj friendly state this year or as soon as I can sell my house. This is what always scares me is if you own anything [house, money in bank and so on] they will feed off of you then throw you away leaving you broke, homeless and with a record.
