what do u think about my first grow cabinet???

Hi all,I just finish my grow cabinet set-up and this is my first time growing.So that your comments and feedbacks are very important for me,tell me what you think about my set-up and do u think can i grow healhty plants with this set-up?
and i used the paper towel method for my seeds after they sproud their taproots,i put them to my 400w hps(red-yellow %40 blue) light.and i always leave my door and window open,and the temp is 26C now in cabinet.

It's a little hard to see what's going on, interesting reflector material.. The wiring looks a little scary though, I would get that transformer off the bottom looks like a possible disaster if those saucers don't contain all the water... Post some more pics.

yes i know but the transformer is so heavy so i cant put iy anywhere else,but i will take away the wires now.i will add more photos in a hour,thanks for the answers

and i put my transformer on the marble,maybe it can work to prevent to burn the wood,if it stays like this and if i prevent it from the water can anything happen to it ???burning the woord or etc.because i just close the light to get away from the wires,i touched the transformer it was so hot,and i look under the marble only some fume appeared nothingelse.but i found a way to get away the wires but i still dont know how to get away that transformer

here are the new photos,i just put faraway the wires and put extra marble under the transformer.(and i will water and flush my plants outside the room)to prevent any disaster.
any advice is appreciated,please comment

i didnt see any sign of the seedlings break the soil-surface,do u guys think they can be ok under my 400w ?
