Hang out with the local cops, deputies, sheriffs, locally assigned FBI agents, etc. Maintain a dress and appearence, speech and conduct that makes people think you're a cop. Constantly call the cops and complain about gang banger types, code violations, truants, nuisances. Attend city and county meetings and complain about "them". Register and vote Republican. Have a Bush 04 bumper sticker on your cars. Write irate letters to newspapers and appear on TV and Radio calling for tougher laws to fight crime........
