thats fine, it dosnt matter to me, im most likely traveling alone so i dont have to worry bout what anyone else wants to do, i'll just go with the flow..... where ever when ever, just let me know...
i wonder if theres a place i could freeze a glass mug? theres a cool trick i learned and one of the most interesting ways to smoke weed ive ever seen. you guys should try this, take a glass mug and freeze it till it will frost when you take it out, now you gotta hold it by the handle cause your hands will warm it too much to take more then a hit, now take a blunt and slowly blow a shotgun into the frozen mug, when your done slowly lift it to your mouth like a beer, then just knock it back. the coldness of the mug makes the air in there cold, condensing the smoke and makes it sink, so it should just sorta pour in your mouth. if you blow it right it looks like a Milk Shake almost.

BlueVelvet won't be there until the 18th? I will be looking for you hon and lets have 2 times a day for check in at 163 Singel at Seed Boutique. People arriving should check in asap there for info on where others might be. Groups leave from the store all day to go on adventures.

I plan to be there ahead of most of you so when you get there expect me to be there at the store every morning and again mid afternoon at say around 3-4 pm? Everyone seems a little worried about hooking up when they arrive but if you have been there before you know what to do. For the others get a map and find the store first is my advice. We aren't trying to sell you anything and any visitor to the shop gets free seeds for nothing.

I will be the guy in sunglasses and a pony tail. Usually I am talking all the time so just interrupt me please. BOG

my friend and i will be arriving on the afternoon of the 14th! Can't wait!! I'll first be stoppin' by SD, and then it's off to find some haze! I've got to try some real sativa so i can finally experience the real "up" buzz...and then it's some blueberry for the rest of the night. Always wanted to have a true blue! Oh that also raises the question of the goody bags!! When's the soonest we can pick them up dutch? Yes all you heard me right, i'll be pickin' up a goody bag now as i was so graciously gifted a guest pass by a couple very good friends. :friends: My friend too has a guestpass...and we can't wait for those goody bags!!!

Hey anyone who's been there before, what are the streets like there? Suitable for skateboarding? I'm going to bring my skate with me for the length of my backpacking trip, and if i can use it to get around amsterdam too that'd be fantastic. :smile:

Bodhi, this place is only about a mile from Grand Central station just up the river a little ways. Darn, i cant find the pic but its a skateboard park with ramps and stuff all free. Its right on the water.

SeedsDirect is changing its name and may already have changed it to Seed Boutique but either way the place is the same at 163 Singel and that is about a 5 minute walk from Grand Central Station. Singel runs right off the main drag which is the Prins Hendercade which runs in front of Grand Central Station. BOG

Excellent BOG! That's terrific news, i'm sure that i'll be able to find the skatepark if it's within cruisin' distance of centraal station. Man that'll be fun trying to navigate through the streets of a'dam with bikers, trams etc. presenting even more interesting obstacles lol. Love that sticker, i've got one in my sticker collection courtesy of CC :wink: but this year i'll be able to pick a few up myself!

Couldn't swing more time BOG, I have to leave my son with a babysitter and its gonna cost me as much as my airfare just for 2 and 1/2 days Arriving the 18th, leaving the 21st. My hotel is all of 150 paces from Gypsy's shop, so checking in will not be a problem. I imagine I'll be checked into the hotel and at Seed Boutique to pick up my pass at 4pm more or less.

Blue, lets just see what condition/state of mind I am in, might be that I just move from shop to another and just hang around, lets just see what happens.

Farmer John, now you do whatever your heart desires! This is your (and mine) big fun vacation of the year, however brief it may be. You must enjoy in any and all manners you wish. If you want to see the hortus botanicus you simply must! As far as skateboarding is concerned, I'd go with BOG's excellent suggestion of the skateboard park. Civilization on this continent dates back over 2000 years, and you'll find that most European city centers are medieval, and the streets mostly composed of cobblestones which can make skateboarding slightly uncomfortable - especially if you wear dentures, but I think you're too young to worry about that :wink:

I'm getting pretty stoked about all this. This is a real vaction for me, getting baked and shootin the shit with other growers... my favorite passtime After a day or so of laying around on a beach, I'm bored.

If my hotel has a storage place for our luggage, we'll probably just head to SeedsDirect right when we get in. So, what night (or day) are we all shroomin?

haha blue i think it's just 'cause i'm cute hehe. I'm so stoked to see what this party has to offer! It's like everything i've always dreamt of! And it's a beautiful spring day here in the capital, the sun is out, the temp is high, but there's still ample snow on everyone's property. After talkin' about skatin' in the dam i just couldn't help myself and i went and hit the streets however sand/gravel covered they were it was really strange 'cause the air is so fresh, the sun is warm, but there's snow all over!! I could go either skatin' or snowboarding today if I wasn't working, it's like southern california!!

I was kinda anticipating that there would be a lot of cobblestones which kind of deterred (sp?) me from bringing my board at first. But then i heard about all the great spots in spain, france, and italy and i know i'll regret it if i don't drag it along for this 2 month + expedition. I also have to make sure I find a spot to rent a surfboard in southern spain or portugal, so if anybody is from around there and has any advice, i'm more than interested!

Yo 900doses i'm glad there's some interest in takin' some mushrooms one night! Anybody else in? I'm really lookin' forward to a day of trippin' around the dam. What do you think about doing it on a nice sunny day? That'd keep our options open as far as what we want to do...go for a walk...boat tour...coffeeshoppin'...expo...etc. So much to do..so little time :wink:

Just dont waste your money on a cab Fredster. We may even see you at Schipol if we get lucky but get your ass on the train downstairs at the airport and get your ass to Grand Central Station. From there your hotel is within walking distance and you will find it ok as your hotel has the same name as the street you will easily find cutting away from the main drag there the Prins Henderkade I think. Drop your bags there and find Singel a couple blocks over from your street. Take a left when you get to Singel and walk to 163. Everyone can find it. BOG

Then you are all set dude!
