Give Away!!!

Give Away!!!

When going into a Boston for a visit, I usually encounter several panhandlers at the stoplight as I exit the highway. Instead of giving them $$$, I give them a baggie full NICE size roaches. You should see the look on their face. PRICELESS!!
That's just me.

Stay safe.

Crush them up and snort them. But, not if you used Black Flag on them.

I smoke them.

If they are big enough to be de-papered, get any remaining paper off. Anything you can't get off... just chop it all back up with scissors or in a coffee grinder er something (never in the same thing you chop your real nugs in). If you got a whole load of roaches this works great. Usually 15-20 roaches can roll a little joint if you're caught in a pinch with no buds to smoke. Little harsh..but worth it.

Keep smokin guys

De-papering the bud, rolling it into a little ball between your fingers and hot kniving it also works well...but time consuming.

I usually never save mine. To me it's just a nasty stinky mess. If you do keep them then break them all up and roll up a fat blunt. I did this once with some roaches. Someone gave me a quarter of roaches and I rolled them all up in a blunt. I strained all the black ash out and just kept the resin covered bud. It made a nice blunt. I smoked on it for like a week. I took a few puffs everyday here and there.

Hello all,

I usually don't smoke joints (or blunts or whatever) anymore. Just bongs and pipes mostly.

But back in the day- saved them for a rainy day- hot knife them or a car lighter is kewl too- just snort it.

As a sidenote: WHen I first started smoking, joints were the only way to go due security (US Navy). Anyway, as a noob could never roll a joint for shit. Then a few years later and after much practice the art of rolling a joint came to me like a virgin in the night-suddenly I could (and still can-like riding a bike!) roll the most beautiful looking joints.

I roll my roaches into joints. Best fucking smoke around, all resiny sticky and harsh as hell, but damn the buzz. Roach joints rule, I have a gallon size pickle jar full of em.

de-paper and re-roll them up into another joint....

one summer I stored pounds of decent regs (commercial mex) for a dealer friend. In return of taking on his risk I got an oz. a week for my head. I smoked like 4-5 joints a day usually.

At the end of the week I'd take the roaches and roll a second generation joint. The roach of this joint I would save.

These second generation joints were always really sticky and the paper would become transluscent half way through, sometimes resin would actually drip out of the end of the joint and stain my teeth :D

At the end of the summer I had enough second generation roaches that I rolled a third generation joint.

IT was super sticky icky and put my head out!

I heard perfect enlightenment can be reached by smoking a seventh generation joint but I've never met anyone who got that far....

Just to be clear, you guys are talking about roaches from pure weed joints, aren't you?

I used to pick my ashtray for decent roaches (fairly rare to be honest, I normally put a big roach in and smoke down to it), but if you mix gear with tobacco anything more than 2nd generation is getting really grim. I took a conscious decision a few years ago that saving roaches was far more trouble than it was worth, so now they go straight in the bin with the rest of the ashtray's contents.

I also used to really annoy a mate of mine - I smoke (or at least did then) hand-rolled cigarettes, and I normally roach them. On several occasions after I'd been over to visit he'd gone through the ashtray and found what he'd thought was a good roach to smoke, and lit it, only to experience the disappointment of finding out there's no gear in there.

better yet roll them into a blunt :D Its already nasty harshy resiny shit, might as well throw it in some tobacco to add a little kick

Be careful keeping roaches too long. I had a nice blunt roach collection going and one day I noticed that some of them were getting hit by a nasty looking mold.

As far as I'm concerned smoking a roach is nothing to be ashamed of, a gram of roach weed will get you higher than a gram of the same weed. A lot of smoke has flowed through that last bit of weed, trapping some of that THC into the bud.
