I used to make those canna caps as well its basically 1/2 oz weed ground down then put in the oven at 125c for 30 mins to release the goodness then using a small pyrex bowl in some boiling water add some coconut oil in the bowl allow to melt to a liquid, mix in the weed and add more coconut oil until your left with a runny cannabis infused oil. Get some empty gelatin caps from amazon and using a pippet suck up the oil and squirt it into a cap and voila canna caps.

hey bud dunno if you still can but a few months ago you could get CBD oil straight off Amazon... dunno if that helps your cause any either.. maybe you just wanted the purified THC

Yea Jamie man I actually had a sample but it had a lab analysis with it and the analysis said 97% then on the paper it said 98%. Looked like it was made up on the computer by forging documents from a real lab. Was very primitive so I threw the CBD sample in the bin. Can never be too sure I feel when it may not have been extracted but synthesised (this is possible and often the case).

I'm only really interested in the health benefits of the CBD. I sometimes get anxiety though it would be nice to have a good strain for that if anyone can recommend some?

PS if I was making it into capsules it would be to get high, although I feel getting high does have some medicinal effects

The taste test went down well with everyone except me

Don't know what it is about it but I'm not keen on the smell or taste . As I've mentioned before I can't describe tastes or smells but to me it's earthy maybe a bit peppery. The high on the other hand is nice , but don't start cleaning or doing any odd jobs , the Mrs made a general remark about redecorating the bathroom before Xmas and next minute me and my lad had the scrapers out taking the tiles and wallpaper off

@CopiusD - There's no reason why you couldn't use your favourite/most effective strain for the THC/Terps etc, then simply adding legit CBD oil to whatever ratio you found most effective in your mix.

I made a micro batch of 5 to check out the ratio. It's trial and error until you find your sweet spot.

.5g activated shatter infused with 3ml Coconut oil

I have a Stilton bud sittin next to me on the arm of the chair and all I can smell is very sweet red bull smell with berries and skunk. And if I stand up I get the dank Chem funk from the 1skin Of Chemd I had an hr ago.
