smoking some Strawberry Diesel something or other from a dear friend in Amsterdam yesterday... it's actually pretty sparkly, but you can't tell that from the cruddy pic I just took... and I've smoked it now... no more pics lol


same friend .. and I know this sounds like one of them old festival tales... yesterday gave me a massive hit on some 15 yr old Nevilles Haze dry sift.. first of all I wouldnt have thought you could keep it that long (guess the freezer works better than I imagined) secondly I coulda swore he was taking the piss.. this stuff was so RED that I was sure it was Paprika and that he was pulling my leg.... turns out he wasn't .. I was completely destroyed... one of the best hits I've had in all my days...a genuine experience.. if you're reading this... thanks man, that was properly fucking cool.

Indeed. I know him thru Shanti. Been the highest I have ever been, sitting in his upstairs lounge watching Amsterdam go by. Smoked a pipe of some ancient Nepalese hash he had. Fuck me. Was so high.

Next time you see him. Ask him about that nep hash that he saved for years. Never know, he may still have a wee bit left. He had a pic of him and the original block of hash when he first got it.

And I have never been about so much quality hash as when at Mr Hazes gaff. I remember knocking over a couple of shoe boxes that were stuffed full of loads of little blims of hash from over the years.

Very special.

I used to know a coffeeshop 'fixer/broker' in a'dam many moons ago,he sold me a half ounce of nevilles haze drysift that was on coffeeshop menus for around E100 a gram if I recall correctly,it was the talk of amsterdam for at least a year,truely amazing stuff.
meanwhile I sit here with nothing,nada,zip.

Us UK heads need to sort a 'geo-stash' for dry IC-ers.

I certainly will He had some great nepalese when I saw him, seriously bendy.. has to keep it in the fridge... really was a taste of my youth, you just dont see quality import like that in the shops these days.. mores the pity...also a really great head rush mountain high... and by christ man, the nevs haze paprika powder (lol I've never seen ANY hash that red, not even leb) blew the tits clean off me, it was also about as high as I've ever been..

sounds awesome but sheesh thats some serious pennies at 100 a go...still, after yesterday I can see the appeal .. I've made a good bit of Amnesia dry sift of my own, but this Nevs was just on another level... hell, it was on another planet

I remember that leb from the late 70s which was really pliable and smelled nice but didn't have the potency of temple ball,,zero-zero or red seal that was available way back then,

It's a nice smoke mate i don't think it's the best sample to judge from, i know the guy who grown it and he's not done her much justice to be honest. I personal think I could do alot better myself. I've run most of Bog lines over the years and his sour strawberry kush is my favourite hands down, if you can find that strawberry pheno.
