We are reported to have them here but I have seen narry a one.

We had abundant pheasant once but they are rare now.

i did once. a small dark blue one about the size of a BB. gave it to the young lady i was dining with. should have had an earring made & kept it for myself. she's gone now...

Different cheeses on onion-bread and some cornichons. The cheese bread is a classic, i can eat it every time, i love it at night with the munchies and it's the first i try when i'm sick and couldn't eat.

Is that a beet sauerkraut? Thats one of my favorites. A little ginger works well with the flavor combinations.
