i haven't eaten any lamb since i was about 6 years old. mom used to fix chops, and THEN...a kids show came on with a character named "lamb chop"... shot that right in the ass.had grapes and banana for `breakfast´ and salad with a small piece of lamb for lunch.

sit ups are really bad for you anyway as they hurt the spine.Haven't really been eating...down to 298 it looks like. 50 pounds to go. Healthy food. Walking 5 miles a day. Really miss cheese, milk, baked sweets, chocolate, potato chips, pizza, hotdogs, ice cream, trail mix, fried chicken...anything good I can't eat. Eating fruit, some vegetables, cheeseburgers, fruit juice, wheat bread, yogurt. I have more coffee during the day than I do food. My lower stomach is still huge but working on it. Can't do situps, had hernia surgery and my stomach would explode.
