We have some shine out here out on the ranch. I don't want to be digging in the Jeffe's shipping container just for a pic.

This may become my new hobby.

Reason I started making my own was because every single time someone passed me a jar it tasted like rocket fuel and acetone and burned like hell the entire way down.
So I reasoned... if everything else in my life tastes better when I make it myself, then so would my shine right?

Turns out I was correct. This is smooth and sweet. Great for sipping ! Not a single bit of suger involved. All grain. I've got a new oak charred 30gal barrel I filled in August of 23. Absolutely can't wait till 2026 for my first taste of my own aged liquor !

I'm about to distill some blueberry cider into brandy, but meanwhile I decided to taste some mead that is clearing...

Quality control can still get me tipsy... the trick is in the sample size....

Used to love a good german tea shop whilst on tour over there pre brexit.
Sencha makes good kombucha and jun also.

I was enjoying a nice nap last Saturday after sipping on a jug of corn liquor. Waiting for the lsd to come on and the sun to go down. That's my best friend Ripple with me there.
Just had this picture sent to me this morning by my homie who asked if we can do the same again this weekend. Course I said yes !
