Congrats man, I was scared when I found out about my first, now I have two, the newest is only 6 months... I'll say the first few months are really tough, but when you get into the groove it's all good. Like Storm Crow said make sure you get her some prenatal vitamins, the walmart brand is pretty cheap. Sertraline is Zoloft and maybe you should talk to your Doctor about increasing your dosage, because it's obviously not working.

And I have two wonderful sons that have grown-up to be good & caring young men dispite thier fathers imperfections as a parent. My oldest boy is in his first year of medical school at one of the finest Univeristies in the country and his little brother will be starting college in the fall. And I can assure you that one day when I depart this ole world they will be the best thing I leave behind!
