Looking good fish! I think it's an awesome technique. I think your a bit ahead of me. I trained mine little different from start, was a little younger than normal and I wanted my knuckles to be bigger.

82* sounds fine. just keep an eye on the stretch and watch for light burn/bleaching. If you notice the fan leaves starting to deform or buds burning, back the light up about another 3-5".
